There’s this new restaurant, Dalikan (near George Guest House). It’s owned by a friend of mine who is a great cook! Try the pastas!
For the best coffee in town, Bana’s Cafe, below Traveller’s Inn.
And, for an orgasmic Sagada gastronomical experience, go to the Log Cabin Saturday Dinner Buffet! It’s this once-a-week feast prepared by Aklay, a French-Igorot chef.

we’ve been to sagada twice. the first time, we spent most of our lunches and dinners @ Haddeku’s. we love that they serve native rice.
their items are also relatively cheaper than yoghurt house’s.
speaking of–Yoghurt House’s offers the best, of course, yoghurt!hehe their garlic fries are also very appetizing!

Comment by Jazz — April 8, 2011 @ 6:19 pm
may i please have the contact numbers of the restos/cafes mentioned in this thread? i’d really like to make reservations since we are coming as a big group and i could see that that may be quite difficult if we just walk in during your peak season—holy week. thank you.

Dap-ayan Sagada owned by Manong Jed Angway inside the Longid Centrum. The best pinikpikan with etag. If not, you can get the soup bones to fight off the early morning and evening cold
They also serve excellent breakfast along with the breads baked by Jed himself.
St. Joe’s Cafe has tasty food too, we had their Sinigang and Chicken rice.

We tried different restaurants during our two days, three nights stay in Sagada this December. I think each resto has their own specialty. I love the Tuna and Cheese Pasta and Yogurt with Granola at Yoghurt House. I also liked Salt & Peppers food, they’re just placed beside Saggas’ office. For those who would visit Sagada for the first time, don’t forget to try their mountain tea and lemon tea to keep your mornings evenings warm. =))
