I took this shot of Bomod-ok Falls December 23 last year. No one was there and we had the place to ourselves. We could just leave our stuff at some random rock and you can forget about it. The days running up to Christmas aren’t that busy for Sagada, actually. It gets much more crowded after December25.
How crowded? *read more to continue*

Atrocious. You couldn’t even recognize the place anymore . Heck, you don’t even have enough space to leave your stuff on! This was taken December 30.
If you want a more laid-back Sagada experience, try to make time for it – i.e. NOT DURING HOLY WEEK.

Hi,
I wanted to go on holy week but as you said, it’s a bad time. You think the week right after would be like the one on your first picture?
Thanks!

Hi there. I have been to SAGADA last April 4 to 6. I really fell in love with the place and the people. Thanks to our guides from SAGGAS. SAGADA is a place to visit time and time again!

Hi there! We’re planning to go to Sagada end of June. Will it be rainy by that time?

We’re planning to go to Sagada next Thursday to Saturday (May 21-23). Since there are some occasional rains during the week, will it negatively impact our trip there? Are the roads still passable? Are there possibilities of landslides? Can we still go inside the caves? Thanks in advance for the info.

Rico, we’re planning to go on the same time. well, we’ll be there on Friday afternoon most probably.
Last year, it was also raining, but when we got to Sagada, drizzles na lang. so i don’t think you should worry.
