Hi!
my friend and i are interested in going to sagada and we’ve been researching the net. i think your site is one of the most informative sites I’ve seen about sagada!
we haven’t finalized our decision yet, but i would like to ask about this itinerary, is it also possible if we pass by banaue to sagada or sagada to banaue to manila?! because I’d love to see the banaue rice terraces on the way, you can’t visit the world’s 8th wonder everyday!
Thanks so much for your help!

@katzchupoy, actually you can add Banaue. It was originally Manila-Baguio-Sagada-Bontoc-Banaue-Manila (my 2006 trip), but I made some editing on the day 4, to make it Manila-Baguio-Sagada-Baguio-Manila(my 2007 trip). But I find Banaue as anti-climax of my entire Sagada experience, so I wouldn’t prefer it being your destination after Sagada. But I like the idea of Banaue first before Sagada.

Hello Visit Sagada people!
We closely followed this itinerary! We even searched for Mang’s Cuisine which has a new name now.
We even browsed the net on our way to Baguio just to confirm everything here in your site - which is very helpful. I got the numbers of GGH and Residential Lodge here which made reservations very hassle-free.
Even our tour guide knows your site. Keep it up!

Hi,
I’m going back to Sagada this 3rd week of May, it is my sixth visit to Sagada. I want to meet the people behind SAGGA, I think they are cool. I want to try the food at Lemon Pie House and meet the owner. Never been to Mt. Ampacao, how many hours will it takes to reach the peak? tnx

According to the accounts I’ve read, it shouldn’t take more than 3 hours.

JC, we really cant tell from now. Let just hope that the weather will be fine on that week, but as PAGASA officially announced, rainy season is already here.

Hello there, we’re planning to go up there in Sagada this June 6-9. May I ask which is the safer road to travel, is it via Baguio or via Banaue. Thanks

Hi!…if we leave manila around 10:30pm or 11:00 pm, what time we will arrive in sagada? Are the time of arrivals in day 2 accurate? Because we are planning to go Cave connection in the afternoon on our first day in Sagada. Is this possible?

If you leave Manila by 11PM, you will reach Baguio around 4AM-5AM the next day, then catch the 6AM bus to Sagada, you will be in Sagada around noon. You can go caving afternoon on your first day, that was exactly what I did.

Hello there! I will be in Sagada on June 19-22. I will be leaving Manila at 5 am to Baguio then take the last trip to Sagada at 1 PM. Is it possible? I have been visiting your site and it is very helpful. I already booked a room in Residential Lodge.
I will be travelling alone. Is it safe? I’m really excited.
Please give me some tips. Is there a group that will be on tour on that week? I want to join them.
Thanks for the help. You have got a great site here.
By the way, how’s the weather on that week? Is my trip schedule okay?
Thanks so much.

Hello! My friends and I are planning to bring our own ride. Do you have a map that could help lead us to the right roads from manila-baguio-sagada or is there a shorter, better way in going there? We’re all just newbies to the place.
I enjoyed reading the site. You guys are so informative. Keep it up!
